Another thread describes some "Cross" refills from Private Reserve being an incorrect length.
Since we are one source for these refills, I want to let our customers know we will be happy to replace any that are the wrong length. Just send us a count and a pic of the long ones!!
When we get those refills, they are bulk. We grab a handful, count out the number you ordered and put them in a ziplock. I can certainly believe we would not notice a length difference.
Email to sales at exoticblanks dot com and we will take care of the replacements.
(No, we can't just put them in an envelope---tried that, they arrive to you shaped like a pretzel !!)
