The Caballero currently sold by Exotic Blanks uses the same bushings as Jr. Gent I
I believe this is the kit that Smitty called the Caballero V2. Instructions for Smitty's Caballero V1 show different sizes for the V1, but I can't confirm if the instructions are correct. Be sure to measure your kit to make sure which one you have. V2 & Jr Gent I show to be: .532/.429/.523 and .462/.357/.483 V1 instructions show that one to be: .536/.429/.536 and .460/.357/.479 If anyone has contrary info, please let me know.

Any difference between the first version and 2nd version bushings for the Caballero is probably in the measurements of the manufacturer. There were no changes ever made to the Caballero that would have affected the bushings but we did change manufacturers for the kits and that might have made for the small difference in bushings.

Great, now I've got 3 sets of dimensions for the same bushings.
![]() I'd like to update the app & charts to reflect the correct dimensions for the V1 & V2 Caballero and the Jr agent I -- should I go by one of the published instructions or by Ed's measurements?

Dawn suggested I measure another set:
body .480, .365, 469. cap .533, .433, .533 They are different material, probably made by diff. sources. So, let's try measuring the pen: Cap top: .533 clip ring Centerband step design, .533 would work Body finial trim ring:.468, body nib trim ring:.480 Hope this will help everyone!! Look for this week's email---the Caballero in chrome!! Priced VERY right!!
