For those coming, and those who cannot make it this year, I have created this brochure that will be part of the "goodie" bag showing everyone that has participated in making MAPG possible this year. Thanks to all!

Tom,
Most vendors will be set up by 7:00 pm on Friday evening. We have not been given their "open for sale" schedule.
Maybe vendors will respond to your post.

Hours of operation will be from when we get there, until we have to leave!!

If this sounds terse, it is not meant that way. Everyone who has ever travelled with me, by air, has vowed never to do it again (except Dawn, who has few options)!!
I can singlehandedly throw an entire airline off schedule for days!!!


Should we arrive as scheduled, we will be set up by 6 ish Friday.
We need to be at the airport by 6 on Saturday.

Recommend shopping early Saturday!! We are shipping and carrying product and we have 16 feet of display space, there will be a little of as much as we can carry--not a LOT of anything. We thoroughly hope to run out of everything!!!

OF COURSE, we will fill orders from the web on Sunday and we plan to offer free freight for those who attend and place orders on the web.
