Hello all. I'm brand new to the forum and new to turning. I'm wanting to make a vial for carrying essential oils. I have seen the cheap kits for sale that require providing your own material and turning on the lathe. My question is, are there pre-drilled and turned blanks that will fit these vial kit's until I can buy my own lathe?

You say you are new to turning but then you say you do not even have a lathe. Not sure what it is you are looking for. Maybe you can post an example. More than likely there is no predrilled blanks and if so they still would need turning. Maybe you can hook up with someone to do the turning and making of these for you.

You could ask someone to turn the pieces you want. What specific kits do you have in mind?
