Default Bearing Change

I am getting ready to change out my bearings on a TurncrafterVS lathe. Just wondering if any one has any tips, tricks, comments, etc on doing this?

Most bearings put in the freezer before installing makes the job easier and heat gets em out!! I have never done your type lathe that is just a general rule of thumb.
