Hello, I have some wood I need help with figuring out what it is???So any information is a help.This is very hard dense wood and a nice pink,I have found some with nice figure to it but nothing crazy.I was thinking it might be Lyptus??Seems to nice a pink though??HELP.Thanks everyone,Victor

Looks like some Eucalyptus I have in my shop too. The stuff I have was grown in Pennsylvania. Lyptus is just a registered name for a specific variety grown by Wharehauser (sp?) in South America.

I have some Pink Ivory that look a lot like the pieces with the brighter, more intense color. Did you pay a fortune for it? If you did it might be Pink Ivory. The more brown tone pieces look like Santos Mahagony or Brazilian Cherry (Jatoba).
