Phil, Phil, Phil....been there many times. Best thing to do is what you've already done. Let it slop out as much as possible. Then fill up the mold with straight clear. Over catalyze since it'll get tossed and work faster. Try and mix everything in the mold as much as possible. Might have to do it a couple times to get it all out, but eventually it'll work.

It's all wasted. No worries though. Made bigger messes, I just can't remember when right now
