I've made vaccum chuck using:
. a nut that matched my spindle
. lamp tubing
. bearing
. PVC 4" to 2" adaptor

If anyone is interested I'll post a picture

Yup lots neat ideas and stuff there.

Iv'e been looking for a "small rubber backed sanding thing" to sand and buff some small pieces of corian with my drill press. Found a few but not what i needed. They got one. Using a car inner tube valve housing, rubber disk, glue and velcro. And how do i put this...you need to check out bills balls, an ornamental project. [:I][:I]
