Tough Decision

This Sunday Angelina (my oldest) and I are going to DC for the WWE Pay Per View, and I have a decision to make. Should we go to the Woodcraft there, or the zoo? I checked there is not a Rockler up there. Is there something else to see? (I know landmarks for Pokémon Go).

I'd take her to the Zoo. If you've been to one Woodcraft, you've been to them all. At least all the ones I've been to have been pretty cookie cutter.

Be sure to go to Ben's Chili Bowl and get a half-smoke chili dog. To die for

I don't think you're going to be walking around anywhere this Sunday in DC.
The temps will be in the 100's, and high humidity to boot.

Unless you're a fan of heat stroke, I recommend plenty of water & stay inside where's it's cool.


I kid you not. This is dangerous, life threatening heat we're talking about.
Local ER's have already been put on alert for high cases of heat exhaustion & heat stroke.

Go to the zoo. You would probably just get a lot of grief from TSA when you try to bring a new lathe in your carryon.

Zoo for sure, don't skip "Amazonia"... fabulous.
When you walk through the jungle there, be slow and VERY observant. Some of the critters will be VERY close, and don't forget to look up high for the sloth!
Very cool place.
