Is there any interest in how to make your own TBC bushings?

I make my own TBC bushings. Each set takes a few hours to make to spec, and sometimes I have to throw my hard work away.. :frown:

NO; I'm not interested in making bushings. BUT I can create an article showing the details on how to do this on a metal lathe or wood lathe from Corian or other hard material.

Here's what I use now. Idea from a fellow at our local Woodcraft store. When I work the end of the blank, I can sacrifice a tiny bit of plastic to get the correct dimensions.
