Thead specs on CSU "toothpick holder"

Nels advises that he does not know. I am pretty sure that it is metric thread, but have no access to 11 by 1 and 11 by 1.25 metric threaded nuts or bolts (or taps or dies) here at the end of the world.

Too cheap to order all the 11 mm taps/dies to find out which one it really is.
