I know from time to time there are threads on good and bad vendor service. I thought I'd provide my most recent experience. The following is the body of an email I sent to PSI thanking them for their great customer service.

Note: I have no affiliation with Penn State. With all vendors I deal with if I have an "exceptional experience", either good or bad, I like to let them and others know about it.

I was really rushed/going out of town a week or so ago and I had a problem with the last of 10 teacher's pens I was assembling. It was either after hours or on the weekend (I don't remember which), so I just called and left a msg to please send me a twist mechanism so I would have it when I got home and I could quickly finish the pen.
Your customer service on this was excellent as when I returned home, with in a day or so the replacement (and 2 extra's) arrived. Thanks for delivering on my request just based on an after hours phone msg I left. Thanks for taking the ball and running with it.
