Back in August I started a thread looking for sources for teak off of decks from WWII ships. Good information but I wanted to throw out a special "Thank You" to Mariner1 and PhilW. Both reached out to me and sent me, at no charge, pieces of the USS California and USS New Jersey. Starting with these two pieces and including the blanks I got from the USS Iowa, I can start my work this winter. So to Phil and Karl I say Thank You Very Much and it is more than appreciated that you took your time to help me out. If anyone here is looking for a piece of the Iowa, contact Roxy on their website.
