Sharpening Hedge Trimmer Blades

Hey Folks!

I have a Stihl gas hedge trimmer. I am more than happy to buy new blades. However, a few folks on YouTube are shown sharpening them by hand or with a grinder/sander. Any of you folks sharpen your hedge trimmer blades, and if so, how and with what?

Mine have curved edges, and I use chain saw files by hand. A few swipes of the file keeps them sharp.
