Refill Chart?

Can someone tell me if there is a chart to cross-reference the refills needed for each pen kit? I have customers asking for refills and I don't remember which ones are which....

There are only 3: the cross type for the slimline family; the parker type refill for all other ballpoints; and the rollerball refills. There are several choices (by manufacturer) for each type. Most of the vendors from whom we purchase have choices for each. Colorado Pen Co. is a good place to browse to see what is available.
