Question for R V'ers

I need to coat my rv rubber roof to get me by for a few more years. The guy before me did it and it is coming off in large pieces since the winter.
So my question is have any of you rv'ers ever done yours. If so please share you experience with the product you used. I have seen a bunch of videos on this product. Liquid Roof, Solution For RV Roof Leaks Repair - EPDM Coatings
But then seen some reviews that said it's crap.

A friend of mine used Flex-Seal on his camper roof.
The stuff you see on TV.
He cleaned the roof with a pressure washer, prepped it, and put that stuff on it. That was 3 years ago & he hasn't had a leak since doing it.

We used the flexseal to waterproof some sun lights on a roof over our sun room. It did last for a while but then we had them removed completely.

OMG. Really. I see that add all the time and you think really does it work. ?? Ha. Ha. You just never know.
