First time I've posted something, hope I'm doing this correctly and in the right place. Does anyone know of or have a listing of Pen turning/Wood turning shows coming up in the Midwest?? Primarily interested in the Chicago, Milwaukee, Madison, Wisconsin area. Any guidance would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!!:D

What kind of show?
Couple times a year there is a wood show, plays the Odium in CHI and State Fair Park in Milw.
Lessons/demonstrations are held in Sycamore, IL (Dick Sing and others)
Dick is sometimes at Woodcraft.
Does this help? OR what are you looking for?

Probably better response in "Casual Conversation"-Jeff may move for you!

Or not!

Ed: Thanks for the quick respone. We're looking for shows that focus on pen turning/wood turning versus an "overall" show that has a little bit of everything. Does that help? Thanks!!

You might call the major woodturning tool manufacturers (marketing dept) and ask where they are invited. Even if they don't attend, it will tell you who has shows that are trying to appeal to this market.

Please post if you get any good answers.

Thanks!!
