Pen Pencil Kit

TLOML wants me to make a NICE pen and pencil set for the daughter of a very good friend that is graduating high school and attending Ohio University this fall. I have permission from the college to do a waterslide decal of their mascot to put on the kit but can't decide on what would be the best choice of kits.
I have not turned any pencils, so any input would be greatly appreciated.

For NICE there's nothing I've found better than the Mistral sets, but with Signature Pen Supply out of business you'd either have to order overseas from Beaufort Ink or find somebody here that would be willing to sell the kits and bushings to you from their private stash.

What's the time frame on when it needs to be done? If you've got a couple weeks, hold out for the Mistral kit, it's worth it. (You can also turn custom center bands for it to really set it apart!)

Thanks guys. I've got a few weeks before we go to Florida for the party and looked at both the Perfect Fit and Mistral. I'll get with TLOML this evening and let her decide, I'm leaning toward the Mistral.
