Lori, my friend and "good right hand" at the blind center, recently ordered ten bottle stoppers from Niles. Through a shipping error, she was sent twenty stoppers instead, ten of the sale stoppers and ten of the full priced ones. She called Niles and was originally told she would be sent a prepaid return shipping label, but when she found out Lori was one of the trainers at the blind center, she told her to donate them to the center instead of returning them.
