There is a month old thread up over at Fountain Pen Network started by a guy who is making components from titanium and bronze. It's a little bit unclear exactly where he is going with this, but the product seems to be very high quality.
I don't think that he has complete kits from reading the thread--only components. When asked about price he said $100.
While not to my taste, it all seems to be very well made.
I sent him a PM at FPN suggesting that IAP might be a better forum for him.
