7 AM her brother died.
8 AM her sister was operated on for the big C.
9 AM physical at Drs. office
11 AM mammogram.
11.30 went to hospital to check on sister. Still in recovery room.
noon swung by house for quick lunch and to pick me up.
12.15 PM stopped by brother's house to see if there was anything we could do.
1 PM back at hospital to visit her sister. She stayed all day.
6 PM called to 6th floor ICU. daughter-in law's father died at 7 PM.
9.30 PM left sister's room to go home and have supper.
Sister was in some pain, but was doing well.
This morning the sun came up bright with clear skies, lets hope it stays that way !!! Jim S

Oh my God Jim, I am so sorry for all this pain and loss. I am trying to think of some comforting words but in sort of a shock. My prayers go out to you and your entire family. May the Good Lord look after your wife. That is a lot of weight to put on someone in such a short time period or any time period. God Bless.

What a terrible day. Hope today is better. Shakespeare got it right

When sorrows come, they come not single spies
But in battalions.

Wow, Jim - what a long and draining day that must have been for you both.
You and your wife & all your family will be in our prayers. I know there will be some difficult days ahead, but relish the memories of your departed loved ones.

Even though it was a sunny day today, it turned gloomy early this morning, as a very close and personal friend of ours for over 55 years died today. I will miss her !! Tonight we go to a dinner for my wife's brother who died last week. Thank you all for your thoughts and prayers, my wife was in tears when she read the notes you added to the thread. They touched her deeply knowing that there were people she didn't know that had so much compassion and faith in God. Thank you all. Jim S

Jim, continued prayers. The amount of pain and suffering your family is going through is tremendous. I could not begin to imagine the strain of emotions you all are going through. Stay strong and God will help you through this.
