Murphy came to pay me a visit last week. We took a lightening strike. It took out my phones,computer,and TV. I've spent the last week fixing things and just now got back on line.

During the repairs, did you install Surge surpression? That will help next time.

Yes I reinstalled surge surpression. I had it to begin with. When you take a direct hit, I don't think there is much that will help.

You've gotta love Murphy. We were hit once in 2001 and then again in 2003 on Friday the 13th! Whoever said lightning doesn't strike the same place twice didn't know what he was talking about.
