Had a great time reconnecting with friends after missing a few years. Met some really good people and now, new friends. I hope everyone enjoyed my demo as much as I enjoyed sharing it. The hotel was a fine choice with all the accommodations for a large group one would expect. Definitely would be happy to return next year. Excellent vendors and door prizes, too!

my wife calls them "cat traps;" basically any empty box or bag that we throw on the floor will "catch a cat."

Was really great to talk to you and shake your hand!

Apologies to Jason Rose and his friend for not getting their picture in, although Jason is probably happy as he was having an allergic reaction and I teased him unmercifully - Note: I also gave him my cell # if he needed help during the night; been there, done that, not fun).

Thanks Mark for putting some names to the photos. I have to say that Barry Gross sure does put in the miles. He does all those woodworking shows and things like this. I always wondered why he is not active here.

Anyway glad it was a success and people had fun and came away with both merchandise and knowledge.

Glenn, of all the demonstrations that I had the pleasure of seeing, I must say that I found yours to be the most interesting. I'm not saying this to demean the other demonstrations or demonstrators, they were also good. Yours, however, opened my mind to other possibilities of pen design that I had never really thought about before. I will have to try out this technique and add my own variation to the theme if you wouldn't mind. I also enjoyed the lively conversation from the group we were with while seated for dinner.

Ken,
I am flattered by your comments and humbled by others who said they appreciated my demo. Ther were a variety of demos to reach out to a variety of tastes. I would say I learned way more than the entry fee, too. I also learned much from your pens....had no idea of the capabilities of a CNC machine in the hands of a talented operator....til I saw yours.
Not only did I learn from the demos but also much about clowns , some of which was TMI but enjoyed the discussions at dinner.
