Just got done visiting a couple of wood working stores in the Detroit area.......ya'll lost the right to bitch about price, selection, tools avalibe.........all I can say is wow! The Rockwell folks in royal oak definately understand customer service. Nothing even close to this in Alaska.

Yep you're kind of in that corner of the world where they got ya, and frankly they don't give a S%$#T. Been there done that.

That's too bad....I know I try to do right by those that come around to look at the stuff I have laying around. I find it a little harder to 'relate' to the customer through a 'website', but I like to try to give them a good experience.
