Did you mean to write "Latter" instead of "Ladder"?

Latter is correct, but I my brain likes ladder (to the treehouse) better than latter (of the choice between student loans and treehouse homes.) It paints a better picture in my head, plus I gave Tyler credit for the homonym.

The video was filmed in my daughter's neighborhood, a couple of streets from Josh's house.
