Sorry, I guess I was thinking everyone could see inside my head to the picture I saw, and my question was poorly framed. Though it is difficult to google.

The show I want did not feature singers, and the performer was NOT a singer (at least not a good one.) It produced after 1970, was on for a few years and was later syndicated.

I'll drop another hint later today.
