Lichtenberg Play Date

Yesterday, I had the wonderful opportunity to spend most of the day with a fellow woodturner. He had asked a while back if I could show him the ropes with Lichtenberg Fractal Burning.
We found a date that worked....and had a blast!
He brought some finished pieces that we burned after going through the safety/common sense items and some practice.
His pieces turned out beautifully and he was beaming. He had so much fun and let me know he had already ordered a transformer.

Yes, there are pics.....it did happen! I am not posting pics as these were his turnings not mine.

I guess I did okay as I was asked to come and do a burning demo this spring at one of their club meetings!

The best part is that now I call this gentleman a friend!
