"Kringles" have shown up at IAP in various discussions over the years, and this recent Birthday Bash is the cause for that to happen once again. It seems that when the gift of a certain auction mug arrived at the door of a well known Princess, she was compelled to respond in Kringles!
So there I was this morning, working diligently at turning a few pens, and alas...a commotion in the driveway. My three dogs are declaring that SOMETHING is happening. Stepping away from the lathe, I observe a large brown truck has come to visit. I man in a brown uniform smiles and hands me a box (a fairly large box). I smile too, noticing the box has the markings of a certain bakery located in Racine, Wisconsin. Apparently, the Princess is HAPPY!!
So I say right back to you Dawn: Thanks for a new experience in life... Kringles from the O&H Danish bakery. Not one...not two...but THREE Kringles. I have some serious over-indulgence to deal with, but I will make it through!
