Congrats to those who won and especially to the organizers and judges. JOB WELL DONE

Well it has been a great bash and I have truly enjoyed it......I started off with a good old fashioned DQ. That's what happens when you don't read instructions and got me labeled a disturber of the peace.  I tried my hand at a few trivia questions and missed out on RNG(random number generator) picking me. I will say the hardest competition I tried in was that blasted wood ID. I finally just decided I have no idea on 99.9% of the species out there.:tongue::biggrin: I had saw other folks post photos of pens after events were over and just figured I would save mine until the end. The first one is my Advance Pen entry----Elephant Ivory and Damacus in a Silver Pen Parts component set. The 2nd is my Freestyle entry the Hammer and the 3rd is my DQ'd modified pen (Sedona Stubby Stylus). Comments and Critiques are always welcome and thanks for looking.

I think the Hammer is one of the more interesting pens. What did you use for the woods.

I like this picture of the Hammer Pen better than the one you submitted for the contest. But I guess the background requirements got in the way for that. Its a neat concept either way .
