or does Walnut make a bigger mess than most woods when you work it. I am working on a Walnut bowl and it is just everywhere. Maybe because it is real dry in the air again and the static is high and it is clinging to everything.

On the subject of Walnut, I am looking for a few bowl blanks 8" diameter and from 2.5"-4" thick or somewhere there about.

Now Dario, you know that's a silly question. I like burls of about any flavor. Send me some pics of what you have.

Mike, maybe it is just me, but I was working on a bowl that I roughed out back in March and the shavings were sticking to my lathe, tools, arms, and my little chip wall was covered.
