JPG to Vector

I have a jpg file of my class crest that I would like to have engraved on a pen. The engraver says it needs to be in a vector file format such as .ai or .eps. Does anyone have a recommendation on a good file conversion program I could use to do this? Thanks. I should add that I have a Mac.

Hi John, I don't know about all lasers, but with mine JPEG files download right in to the laser and engrave. For files that need to be changed to be able to work in the laser I use coral draw.

Two other programs you might want to look into (Mac only) are Affinity Designer and Affinity Photo. I have been studying them for use with my new GlowForge.

If I remember right, vector graphics are really good for scaling.
