I met them at the Chicago Pen Show years ago. They are nice people and provide good service. I've used their nibs, IIRC they are Jowo nibs.

They have two stores, one in Appleton WI and another in Chicago. Their nibs are indeed JoWo nibs too.
Brian is one of the most knowledgeable guys around in the fountain pen world.
