We just got home, no damage, nothing ! All of our preparation paid off. We don't have power, on the trip home there were a lot of trees down. I guess we made it ! Yesterday was a very long day....

That's great news.

My cousin lives in Boynton Beach, FL. They made it OK but basically the whole state is without power. They might have to throw away anything in the refrigerator. Her husband went for a short walk around the apartment complex. Lots of trees down. He went over to look at a car that had a tree on it to make sure there was no one in it. A lady came by and said it was her car.

We heard from good friends in St Pete Beach, first floor on the Inter-coastal Waterway. No water, no damage and they were surprised to find their power on--said it goes out often in normal weather.

For the moment, I think we'll continue to only go for 10 days or so in the winter!!
