From the posts I've been reading for the last 1/2 hour, it is going to be a loooooong time till the New Year.

I hope the religious bickering stops, cuz when I check in here I want to read about turning pens, not about who wishes who a crappy this or that.


WHY CAN'T EVERYONE BEHAVE LIKE ADULTS. If you beleive in christmas, FINE. If you don't, FINE. Why bicker about it.

I have an idea. Let's all write Jeff and ask that we not be forced to open and read posts that we are not interested in. If there was some way to tweak the software of the forum so that we could only open and read posts that we choose it would be great. Also, if Jeff could eliminate the requirement that once you open a post you can't close it until you read it and all the replies, this forum would be a better site.

What do you say Jim, will you help me write that petition?

I don't think anyone is wishing anyone a crappy this or that. We are merely pen turners that are frustrated that it is so cold in the shops and wish we could be turning pens.
I for one read the threads, have a good chuckle, and throw in my 2 cents.
