DO YOU KNOW THIS, All I can suggest is don't use this lot.They use that many excuses they haven't a clue what they are talking about. They want pay out even when you take insurance out. They damaged a parcel in transit and 3 expensive wood was missing together with a Certificate of Authenticity and this is their excuse.

I have never heard of them! I would use USPS, Fed Ex, or UPS for international shipping.

Wow!!! Read their "can't ship" list. I think the only thing you can ship is rocks. But wait, if the rocks are considered fossils then no, they're not covered. How does this place stay in business?
