I have a customer who is very particular about the engraving on a pen I sold her through etsy. She has been unsatisified with the two engravings I have shown her and I don't want to waste anymore tru-stone until I find a good laser engraver that can do this logo. Below is the link to the logo she wants engraved and a photo of the last engraving she did not like. Can anyone help steer me towards someone who can engrave this without jagged edges.

Thanks,
Ray

If the graphic is not high resolutuin, the jagged edges are an indicator of pixels being large and square.

There is no easy fix for low resolution art work and high resolution expectations.

Looks like you will have an art charge included if the buyer can't provide higher resolution art work. Looks like an art work problem, not an engraver problem.
