Help ID this Pen

I have a customer wanting a pen similar to this. Anyone on here make this or know who did? Trying to gather a little info so I can offer a realistic price.

To me it looks like a conglomeration of a few different kits. The gold clip isn't an exact match to the other components, which makes me think they aren't all from the same kit.

that definitely looks like a regular old slimline clip.

I can replicate with inexpensive parts, but the customer is willing to spend well for that pen in gold and Ivory.

Hoping to find the maker to see it uncapped

Richard Greenwald sells gold plated bands and clips. I would start there and just make a custom pen.

Customer sent me the photo, my search skills must not be as good as my humble staff. Pen fee now must include search fees for my staff.:bulgy-eyes::laugh:
