hey all...
i need some help in contacting the owner of penkits.biz i placed an order last week, when it arrived i was making sure i received what i ordered and found i was missing some things. i have tried both the "contact us" link on their website which directs me to an internal email system. which I've filled out 3x with all appropriate info. and also using the email listed at the top of their site through my own email client. All have gotten no response. (yes I've checked my junk folder)
