Heads Up

I would just like to give you guys and gals a heads up on the PSI mini breast cancer pen kits. I bought 12 kits and managed to get 4 pens. The twist mech. will not go into the tube. I have tried several things and like I said I only got 4 pens from 12 kits. I will not buy another one of the kits until I am sure they have taken care of the problem. Yes I called PSI and got no satisfactory results. They never once offered replacement or a refund. I even had a part missing from one of the standard beast cancer kits and the ribbon fell off of one. I was on the phone with a tech. for 20 or so minutes and finally said the heck with it. They don't seem to be much interested in taken care of the problems. Be warned before you buy.

Hmmm, the few times I have had a problem I called them and treated them with respect and they treated me with respect and helped me out.
