Harrisburg PA; Woodcraft "Turn for the Troops" on Nov 11 and 12

The Harrisburg PA Woodcraft store is hosting a "Turn for the Troops" event on Friday Nov 11th and Saturday Nov 12th 2016. The pens made will be sent to service people overseas to show our support for their service to our country.

All pen kits, materials and tools will be supplied, or you may bring your own tools. Please mark them so they don't get mixed up with the stores tools!

Mentors are needed to assist first time turners.

The Turn for the Troops event was a success. We made a lot of pens. And ran out of prepared blanks on Saturday afternoon!

There were several experienced pen turners to help people with their first pen!

The youngest penturner was 8 years old!
