Grand Piano Pen Kit-what fits?

Hello again. I've been off pen making and IAP for a long time. I've just got back into pen making this week. I have a request for a couple Grand Piano kits. I have 2 sizes. The smaller, using a baron kit I am ok with, its complete. But the larger Piano barrels I need a kit for it.

Its bushings sizes(which I have), are as follows,
Upper 2" length, piano barrel bushings: 'E' dia. is .523" and 'D' dia is .66".
Lower 2 1/4" length barrel bushings 'K' dia is .45" and 'J' dia is .6".

I've looked at the bushing/kit chart and cannot find a kit that accepts the sizes of the larger Grand Piano laser barrels.

I've called the current Az. Silhouette folks and they no longer carry the larger Piano barrels. So, I would appreciate any help anyone might care to share on the proper pen kit. thanks

I did a few of those in the Jr Gent hardware. I got mine from Kallenshaan. Ken Nelson or his,son can likely help you identify the hardware, but you might start comparing the Gent and Jr Gent tube sizes a they were very popular back then

I do see that AZS website has the piano kit for the Gent/Statesman/Majestic listed.

However, the sizes you've specified above don't match those kits.

I am very interested in this so I hope you will report what you find out, please..

It looks like you can use it on various kits. Most people used the gents and statesman and also the jr series to match
