Usually haven't been posting pics, but am trying to learn to get along with my digital camera...so, thought I would start with the little bit of cedar I gathered today :):D

The cedar is fairly dry, and thus not _to_ heavy..it did take two of us to grunt it onto the truck,
the saw is my old faithful 029 with 20" bar, an older model, but just got it back after its spring tune up,
and it was hungry [:)]

Ouch,
My back hurts just lookin' at em.[:D] I'm getting ready to turn some red cedar burl stoppers. I hope it doesn't tear out too much. I'm still a beginner.

Those twigs really do have some of the best color in cedar that I have seen,
the cuts are a little wet in the pics because it was snowing on the way home,
I was going to start dressing it down today, but there is snow on the ground [:(]

Just enough frozen H20 to be a pain in the posterior..
I also cut a truck load of cherry yesterday that is hidden in there somewhere waiting to be cut [:)]
