Free Wood is the Best Wood

I love living near managed walking paths in the woods. I came home and found the chopped up a few downed branches.

The 3 smaller pieces are ash, they are a nice creamy white all the way throughout.

The large piece I'm not sure, anyone good at Wood identification? It has thin dap wood that very light and a peachy medium center.

Time to try out that new chuck and rough out my first green bowls.
