Felt tip pens

Since nobody seems to have any suggestions about the Waterman felt pen refills (looks like they are discontinued) I was wondering if anyone knew of a similar type of pen. This person just really likes writing with a felt pen and is looking for any suggestions.

I have provided fiber tip refills by Schmidt to some who like that style of writing. Not felt, but a soft feel for a light touch writer.
