Default Easy Cooking

I was talking with someone at work, things that are easy to prep but are really good. My Dip Potatoes. I call them Dip Potatoes, because someone just called them that a few years ago.

It is real easy, take potatoes (I prefer the red for the flavor), cut them up into small bite size chunks. Then wrap them up in aluminum foil, with zesty Italian dressing. Sometimes I throw a little bacon in there or onions. Put them on the grill or even in the oven until the potatoes are done.

We use to do something like that when camping. I like the with Italian dressing and/or bacon & onions idea.
