Congrats to Derek Oliver!

I wanted to call some attention to and congratulate our own Derek Oliver. He had not one but 2 entries in the 2017 Christmas Ornament Challenge on YouTube that won prizes: His sled using popsicle sticks and his wonderful bird cage ornament which was one of my favorites this year, and different enough to stand out among the more traditional birdhouse ornaments. Great job Derek!

I'm in no way affiliated with the challenge, I just thought it was great to see his work mentioned.
