I like the idea. I think I'm going to order a pack just to use as gift tags for all of our home-made holiday gifts this year. Iron-on transfer (print in reverse on a laser printer, and set with a hot iron) should be plenty for what I need them for.

Mark, that breaks down to about $0.21 each. Now add the cost of laser engraving and you can probably break about even with what Mike & Jen charge for their multiply business cards. My only concern with the single ply is with the flexibility. Of course, if your buddy only charges you $0.05 or $0.10 per card or so, than it may be a great deal.
