Has anyone tried using theses for applying CA?

Why transfer CA from one bottle to another? I just use the bottles that I get at the retailer.

Thanks for the find Glenn, I haven't tried them, but I think they would be great for pinpoint filling of small voids.

I use a needle to fill small spaces. I touch the tip of the CA bottle to the needle and let the drops slide down the needle into the void. Works great if you need to fill in any tiny space between the tube and the blank.

Another alternative

STICK FAST, makes "Precision Flex Tips" which slip over standard CA nozzles.

Pres and twist to lock in place. 20 packs.

If you get your CA in larger bottles like pint or quarts, you want the smaller bottle for regular use.

Would the CA clog up the tips as it cures?

The T-111 extender tips that Exotic Blanks sells slip over the tip of the cap of the 1 ans 2 oz bottles. When the tip clogs, I snip off the clog and keep going.

When you set the bottle down, tap it slightly then give a slight squeeze to blow air out through the tip. I use the slip on bleeder tips on thin CA and just give the bottle a tap on the counter and a quick squeeze and the tip stays clear.

The idea is to put my CA into smaller bottles. No matter how much I try to keep the tips clean, they undoubtedly get all nasty before the bottle is even half empty. I have tried the tips that have been mentioned here, and they work great but my bottles get CA build up on them and the tips won't fit on the nozzles anymore.

These are cheep enough that I can put a little CA in one and if it gets clogged or something I can just pitch it, if it stays clean I can refill it.

I have other used for them also, so I'll give them a try with CA. :)
