Hi guys.

Kinda new to all this, excuse any bad terminology...

I'm looking for something, maybe a plastic (which would be available with a heated applicator, similar to a hot glue gun) or something which begins in a liquid state which sets hard (Already have epoxy resin in mind, but want other options too) which will be unaffected by pure acetone and also will not have a silicone based sealant bond to it when set (preferably no kind of sticking, adhering etc) but so long as it would peel off it without too much trouble its worth looking at.

Thanks in advance.

LDPE is what they use for the solvent wash bottles in the lab, the bottles are injection molded and the equipment is expensive. There are anumber of brand named plastics that will work but again the equipment isn't either cheap or practical for the home hobbyist.
Since you haven't given a clue either to the reason it has to be acetone proof, or what it will be used for. The resin casters on here or the chemist or to we have can't be much help.
By the way the acetone that is sold as a solvent is pure acetone even most nail polish removers are pure with coloring and fragrance added. The real cheap stuff may have water added to dilute it:clown:
Here is a catalog of plastic lab ware it may be of some help pointing you in the general direction of further looking.http://www.usplastic.com/catalog/item.aspx?itemid=25015&catid=875
