I'm gutted....:redface:

Although I'll end up using it, I'm very dissapointed with myself. :mad:
After the first set of cuts, I bumped the router pretty hard and it moved a bit. You can see the offset particularly in the first and second pics. The last set of cuts were bang on...

I finished the second row of segments to prove the concept.

I wanted to do about five or six rows to make it look a bit like shark skin.

Oh well...........:rolleyes:
